Katina graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration. She started her real estate career in 1978 and her main focus has been Residential and Condominium sales, both re-sale and new. Over her 30-year career, she has consistently ranked in the "Top 1%" of all Realtors nationwide. During the course of her career she has been awarded the following designations: Certified Real Estate Sales (CRS), Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified New Home Sales (CSP), and Senior Housing Marketing Specialist (SHMS). Katina prospects 2 to 3 hours per day to find Buyers and Sellers of real estate.
